Boilers Under Warranty

All new boilers need servicing every 12 months in order to keep their valuable manufacturers warranty valid. The cost of a service is well worth what the warranty offers in return.

Boilers Not Under Warranty

Boilers not under warranty can be kept working effectively by undergoing regular services. Our service engineers can catch any issues that could cause major damage, before they happen. Our engineers know common issues with different makes and models and use the latest technology to ensure everything is working safely.

Gas Safety Checks

Although gas safety checks are strongly recommended in all residences, landlords are legally obliged to arrange these checks every year. They must also receive a CP12 certificate and provide this to their tenants.

During gas safety checks, our Gas Safe engineers check that appliances work in the following four ways:

• They check that safety devices work properly;
• They check that the appliance is not leaking harmful gases and combustion byproducts and is instead expelling them into the outside air;
• They examine if the appliance’s operating pressure is correct, if it is on the right setting and if it is burning gas correctly; and
• They check that ventilation routes are effective and clear.
